1. Fill out the Membership Application on the computer, print it out and sign it.

 

2. Proceed to the Family Information Form and fill out all required information on your computer, including two recommending members and fees section at the bottom. (If you are new to the area or do not know any of our members please let us know and we will accomodate you.) Print out the Family Information Form.

 

 3. Once all required information has been filled out and signed, mail the Membership Application form, Family Information Form and your payment to the address at the bottom of the membership application

 

 

Fee Schedule for New Members 2012:

Bond Cost: $475 (paid first year of membership only)

 

Application Fee: $25 (paid once at time of application)

 

Annual Membership Fees:      

 

Seniors- $150

Single, Non-Senior- $175

2Member Household- $3500

Up to 6 in Household- $450

7 or more in Household- $600   

Child Care Provider Member- $100  

Capital Improvement Fee: $100 (paid every year including
initial application year )
