How to Purchase and Use Guest Passes

Once your membership is active, log in to your account. On the left side of your profile, you will find an option to "buy guest passes." There is no credit card fee for this transaction. In that area you will also see how many passes are still available.

Please make sure to purchase guest passes before coming to the pool. If you forget to purchase passes before coming to the pool, login to your account using your smart phone and purchase the guest pass following the directions above.

Note that payments via Venmo or cash are not accepted.

Guest passes can be used for a single entry to the pool. Each guest pass is valid for one day and cannot be reused or transferred. Additionally, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

If you still have guest passes from last year, you may use them.

Guest passes never expire.

How to USE your Guest Passes

When you arrive at the pool, use your membership card to enter. Please let the desk attendant know you have brought a guest or several guests. The desk attendant will then enter the name of each guest to your account for the day. This will automatically decrease the number of guest passes you have in your account. Please be honest and have the courtesy to wait for the attendant to add the information. Failure to do so will revoke guest privledges to those who abuse the system. 

How many guest passes do I have?

All guest passes are electronic. To see how many guest passes are in your account, log in to your account.. On the left side of the page under "Hello....." you will how many guest passes you purchased and how many are still available.
